SKY. A VERY DIFFERENT STORY
Butterfingers, typos, old accounts…
Whatever the reasons, Sky held incorrect email addresses for over 3 million customers.
With GDPR approaching, that’d be 3 million customers they’d no longer be able to talk to.
They did however have their correct postal addresses.
So we sent them posters for Sky content showing how a typo can tell a very different story, and prompting them to update their details.
